Who we are

MAD Marketing is a family-run web marketing agency based in Quebec. This policy applies to the madmarketing.ca website and describes our personal information practices.

The information we collect

• What you send us : when you fill out our contact form or book a call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and business name.
• Browsing data : with your consent, cookies measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising campaigns (pages visited, source, device type).

Why we use it

• Responding to your requests and preparing your free quote;
• Planning and holding the appointments you book;
• Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it;
• Measuring and optimizing our advertising campaigns.

We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Until you accept, no measurement or advertising cookie is set.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed by service providers that help us operate, such as our client relationship platform (contact form and booking) and, if you consent, Google and Meta measurement services. These providers may store data outside Quebec; we limit shared information to the strict minimum.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then it is deleted or anonymized. Access is limited to the team members who need it.

Your rights

In accordance with Law 25, you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or request its deletion.
